The Arcadia neighborhood is one of the most desirable addresses in Phoenix. Leafy streets, historic citrus groves, and some of the best dining and shopping in the Valley of the Sun make this one of Phoenix’s most picturesque and popular neighborhoods.

The part of Phoenix commonly referred to as Arcadia, encompasses the area north of the Arizona Canal and south of Camelback Road between 44th St. and Scottsdale Road.
